Mobile data from Troomi keeps approved apps and services connected when a child is away from Wi-Fi, whether they're in the car, at the park, or out with family. Mobile data is available on the Discover service plan.

Parents can monitor cellular data usage in the Troomi Parent Portal, and pause or restore access whenever they choose.

How do I add mobile data to my child's Troomi phone?
The Troomi Parent Portal allows users on the Discover service plan to add mobile data as an add-on. Data can be purchased at any time during the billing cycle.
Will I be charged extra if my child exceeds their data limit?
No. Troomi Mobile Data is a one-time purchase, and access will simply end once the child has met the data limit.
Is mobile data available on all Troomi service plans?
No. Mobile data is an add-on to the Discover plan only and is not available on the Do and Dream plans .
Can I pause my child's access to mobile data temporarily?
Yes. The Troomi Parent Portal offers tools to manage real-time data usage per child, and gives the option to pause and unpause access with a simple click.
How does the Troomi Parent Portal work?
The Troomi Parent Portal is a control center you can access independently of your child’s Troomi phone. It allows you to set healthy usage limits, schedule downtime, manage contacts, monitor calls and messages, and view the phone’s location at any time with a real-time GPS location tracker.
