Absolutely! Troodi is designed to be safe and supportive. Troodi is not a replacement for professional mental health care. It’s a tool to support your child’s emotional well-being. Troodi will not engage in any form of diagnosis or address sensitive topics best handled by a parent.

Troodi is designed to avoid sensitive topics. If your child shares something concerning, it’s important to talk to them directly. Troomi is designed to encourage a child to talk to their parent(s) or a trusted adult. 

Troodi is designed to provide accurate and helpful information. However, no AI is perfect. If you believe Troodi has provided incorrect information, please contact our support team.

Troodi has strict guidelines to prevent inappropriate content. If you encounter any issues, please report it to our support team immediately.

Both a cellular or Wifi connection will work. Troodi communicates through SMS text messaging.

Troodi is available on Troomi approved devices.

We prioritize your child’s privacy. All conversations with Troodi are confidential and secure. In order to view your child’s interactions with Troodi for the past 30 days, turn the Child Privacy mode to OFF. If Privacy mode is ON then the conversations do not show up in the dashboard.

You can access real-time updates on your child’s emotional state through the Troomi parent portal dashboard. 

Yes, we prioritize your child’s privacy. Interactions with Troodi are always secure and private. However, as a parent you may want to observe the interaction between your child and Troodi. When Privacy mode is DISABLED, you are able to see the text of the messages between your child and Troodi. When privacy mode is ENABLED, your child will still be able to use Troodi, but you will not see the transcripts of the messages. 

Yes. Parent’s will be notified via email, similar to what they experience with Content Filtering, that a discussion happened with Troodi and the topic was self-harm, and suicide. 

Troodi is designed as a mental and physical health coach, but Troodi will help with homework ideas. Unlike other AI it will not write a paper on a topic for a child, but Troodi will make suggestions.

Look at the conversations your child is having with Troodi on your Parent Portal Troodi Dashboard. At-a-glance, the dashboard will show you the topics discussed, insights gained, and emotions exhibited during the conversation. Encourage open communication about these insights and emotions and offer support.

Encourage your child to give Troodi a try. It’s a friendly and supportive tool that can help them feel better. A child can start a conversation with Troodi on any topic they are curious about. Troodi specializes in mental and physical health, but it is important that the child starts a conversation on any topic to become comfortable with Troodi.

No, Troodi is not a replacement for professional mental health care. It’s a tool to support your child’s emotional well-being. Troodi will not engage in any form of diagnosis.

No, Troodi does not have any bias towards a religion, non-religious or political beliefs. Troodi does have programming that allows it to understand what is appropriate for children, tweens, teens and adults.
