You will need to purchase a Troomi phone since our software is integrated into the hardware.
Am I able to manage which apps my child can access?
Troomi offers a curated app store featuring pre-approved apps. Parents can select from this collection to determine which apps are available on their child’s device.
Is web browsing available on the Troomi Phone?
What if my child already has a phone number?
You can bring the number with you! We make porting a number into Troomi as painless as possible. We’ll welcome you—and your phone number—with open arms. During the checkout process, you’ll see an option to port your existing phone number. All you need to do is input your phone number and PIN from your current carrier when prompted—we’ll do the rest!
What is the process for transferring my phone number to a Troomi device?
Simply provide your account number and transfer PIN from your previous carrier, and Troomi will handle the rest. The process typically takes a few hours to a day, during which you can continue using your previous phone. Please note there is a $30 fee for number transfer.
