TROOMI OFFICIAL RULES FOR PROMOTIONS, CONTESTS, AND SWEEPSTAKES
Please read these rules carefully before participating in any Troomi promotion, contest, or sweepstakes.
SECTION 1: SALES PROMOTIONS
Key Point: All Sales Promotions are for New Line Activation Only, not for current customers unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility:
- Sales Promotions are open to legal US residents living in the continental US who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion details.
- Current Troomi customers may be eligible for Sales Promotions only if indicated in the promotion details.
- Combining with Other Offers: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion details, Sales Promotions cannot be combined with any other ongoing or concurrent offers.
Promotion Duration:
The duration of each Sales Promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Promotions are valid during the specified timeframe or until promotional supplies are exhausted, whichever comes first.
Availability:
Sales Promotions are available while promotional supplies last.
Registration or Sign-Up:
Registration or sign-up requirements, if any, will be outlined in the promotion details.
Geographical Restrictions:
Sales Promotions are available exclusively to customers residing in the United States, in areas where Troomi can provide service.
Redemption Process:
To redeem a Sales Promotion, eligible customers must follow the instructions provided in the promotion details.
Limited Quantities:
The number of available promotional items or discounts is limited and subject to availability. Troomi reserves the right to end the promotion early if supplies are exhausted.
Additional Terms:
Troomi reserves the right to modify or terminate any Sales Promotion at any time without prior notice. Sales Promotion offers are non-transferable and have no cash value. All participants must adhere to Troomi’s usage policies and guidelines.
Data Privacy:
Customer data collected during Sales Promotions will be handled in accordance with Troomi’s privacy policy.
By participating in Sales Promotions, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
SECTION 2: CONTESTS AND SWEEPSTAKES
Key Point: Troomi Contests and Sweepstakes follow applicable rules and regulations in the US and the state of Utah.
Eligibility:
Contests and Sweepstakes are open to legal US residents living in the continental US who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each individual contest or sweepstakes.
Entry Method:
Entry into any Contest or Sweepstakes will only be via the method specified by Troomi in the Contest or Sweepstakes details. Entries received in excess of any stated limitation will be void. All entries must include the information requested by Troomi to be eligible.
Prizes:
The number and approximate retail value of prizes awarded in any Contest or Sweepstakes will vary and will be set forth in the Contest or Sweepstakes details. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash except at Troomi’s sole discretion. Troomi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified as specified in the Contest or Sweepstakes details.
Potential winners may be required to provide certain information and complete necessary documentation. Failure to meet eligibility requirements, refusal of the prize, or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
Limitation on Liability:
Participants release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Troomi, its directors, officers, employees, parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, promotional partners, and representatives from any liability for any damages, injury, or losses (including death) resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize or participation in any Contest or Sweepstakes related activity.
General Conditions:
Entries that do not conform to the Official Rules or contain unacceptable content, as determined by Troomi in its sole discretion, may be disqualified. Troomi reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any Contest or Sweepstakes in its sole discretion.
Publicity/Release:
By entering a Contest or Sweepstakes, participants grant Troomi permission to use their name, username/online alias, address (city and state), photograph, voice, and/or other likeness, prize information, and/or any photo or video entry in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, for any purpose in reference to a Contest or Sweepstakes without additional compensation or consent. Troomi’s use of all information collected from participants will be in accordance with its privacy policy.
Winner’s List:
To obtain the name of the winner for a specific Contest or Sweepstakes, send a self-addressed envelope to 719 Timpanogos Pkwy, Bldg M, Suite 3100, Orem, UT 84097 — within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the applicable Contest or Sweepstakes.
