I got my daughter a phone a year ago and just had to get her a replacement, the troomi staff very extremely fast with processing the phone and quick with the few emails we exchanged. Troomi has been great for us this past year and I love that I can stay in contact with my daughter when she's with her dad. Troomi is the perfect starter phone
