We’ve loved our experience with troomi! It’s a great. Kid safe phone for the right age. My son is older now and transitioning to a “grownup” phone that meets his high school needs. Ending our time with Troomi was bittersweet but Sarah K made the process so easy and helped us port out his phone number too. Every time we’ve needed customer support, we’ve had an excellent experience. Zane was great recently too. They always follow up until the issue is fully resolved.
