More Focus. Less Distraction. A team that’s locked in from day one.
Stronger Minds Under Pressure. Fewer digital stressors, more confidence.
Connected, Not Consumed. Safe communication without social media pull.
When Coach Randy reached out to me this summer, I knew we were onto something special. He shared his vision for getting the team off of social media for the season—an effort to put the team first and leave the distraction and pressure of social media behind. I was all in from the first conversation and am so pleased with the opportunity to be part of something so unique and important.
To the players: You guys are going to have some life-changing experiences as you set aside social media and focus on each other and on the season, but I believe the things you will learn and the impact you will feel will last long beyond the state lacrosse championship. I really encourage you to be all in on the commitment to get off social media for the season, and I promise you feel massive personal benefit on top of increased unity with each other.
To the parents: Thank you for supporting your sons in the pledge to get off social media for the season and for chronicling the team’s experience through the production of a documentary film. What we are doing here at Weber High LAX will raise awareness for teens and parents across the country—even internationally—about the benefits of doing life “in real life” instead of on screens. The leadership your sons are exhibiting will forever change them and have a tremendous impact for good on untold numbers of other kids.

What you consume affects how you think. Cleaner content means less mental noise, fewer comparisons, and more confidence. You stay locked into your goals instead of the internet’s chaos.
We recommend setting your content filter to Teen, then selecting the age level that fits best for you in each category.
